Which size DeluxGear Lens GuardTM or Lens BumperTM do I need?

To put the Lens Guard or Bumper directly on my lens:
Step A: Locate the widest point of your lens within 1 3/4” (44 mm) of the front rim. On the example below, the widest point within that range is not the filter ring, it is the focus ring on the barrel of the lens.
Step B: Measure the outer diameter of your lens at this widest point. To do so:
1. Wrap a string around this point to circle the lens exactly once.
2. Measure the length of the string required.
3. Divide that length by 3.14. The resulting number is the diameter.
Note: Do not go by the filter size.
Step C: Consult the Size Chart below to determine the size of Lens Guard or Lens Bumper to fit your lens or lens hood. In the example below, the lens measures 2 11/16” or 6.9 cm, so would take a Small Lens Guard/Bumper.
